SOILOC - EL™
LIQUID DUST SUPPRESSANT FOR TRAFFIC & NON-TRAFFIC SURFACES (PM-10)
1.0 Material Description:
Polyelectrolyte, Anionic, high molecular weights.  It is supplied in a white, highly
concentrated form to be diluted with water prior to use.  Dries clear.  
Environmentally safe. NON-CORROSIVE.
2.0 Intended Use:
SOILOC-EL is formulated to control dust on traffic & non-traffic surfaces:  Haul
roads, Mines, Quarries, Roadsides, Disturbed Soils, Helicopter Pads, and
Horse Arenas.  When applied, small particles agglomerate into larger heavier
particles reducing dust.  Re-workable.  It can be applied with standard
hydraulic equipment including hydro-sprayers and water trucks.
3.0 APPLICATION:
Application Method A:  (Topical):
Mix 1 gallon concentrate with 20 gallons of water and
apply at rate of 1 gallon per square yard.
    Application Method B: (Mixing & Rolling):
    Mechanically loosen top 4” of soil or roadbed.  Mix 1
    gallon concentrate with 20 gallons of water and apply
    at 2 gallons per square yard.  Make sure to fully
    saturate 4” deep.  A second coat may be needed.  
    Roll to increase penetration & compaction.

    Subsequent maintenance applications can be applied
    following “Application Method A” above.
4.0 Drying Time:
Traffic can be opened immediately.
5.0 Packaging:
330 gal totes, 55 gal drums, Bulk.
6.0 Caution: HARMFUL IF SWALLOWED!
6.1 Storage: KEEP FROM FREEZING!
6.2 Clean-up:
All equipment can be cleaned with water if clean up occurs immediately after
application.
