1.0 MATERIAL DESCRIPTION:
HERCULES SOILCO-WA is water-soluble wetting agent/surfactant. When mixed with water in
trace amounts the water’s surface tension is reduced allowing the water droplet to more easily
penetrate soil particles. It is environmentally safe, biodegradable, non-flammable, non-
corrosive; not harmful to skin, vegetation or wildlife.

2.0 INTENDED USE:
HERCULES SOILOC-WA is intended to be diluted with water & sprayed on Gravel Road, Dirt
Roads or Construction Sites to control airborne dust (PM-10).
Some advantages when used in road watering:
The road watering operation is labor & equipment intensive. But, in some circumstances
watering is still the best dust control method. HERCULES SOILOC-WA makes the watering
operation 50% more efficient saving time & money.
